In a stone house, the single-storey accommodation has been completely renovated. Thus, it is cool in summer and bright all day. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. All rooms have storage. The courtyard oscillates between shade and sun at all hours. In the closed garage, a plancha and outdoor games are at your disposal.

All shops and services are accessible 7 km away, in Jonzac. The town of Clion, 2 km away, also has a grocery store, a butcher, a tobacconist and bread depot.

The town of Clion-sur-Seugne, classified "of stones and water", is to be discovered thanks to its paths and water points. Among the unmissable sites, the Pont des Anes or the wash house in the village. The paths will take you along the Seugne and through the vineyards, characteristic of the landscapes of Haute-Saintonge.The Museum of Old Trades will also take you on a journey through local rural history.
